Sessions begin once a minimum of 10 participants are registered. You'll be contacted with a date, time, and location with several weeks notice.

If we reach our maximum capacity, another session will be scheduled.

What about my current injury?

PPCT is a physically-demanding program requiring going down to, and getting up from, the mats repeatedly. Any existing injuries to knees, hips, elbows, shoulders or wrists will likely prevent you from being successful with this training.

What support do you offer during or after the training?

We provide direct contact information to EVERY class participant we teach and encourage students to reach out with any questions during and after the training.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

-Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Payment must be received, in full, prior to the start date of the course. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment.
-100% refund provided if cancelling two days prior (or sooner) to training date.
-50% refund provided if cancelling one day prior (or later) to training date.
-0% refund provided for no-shows. No exceptions.
-Consideration for re-scheduling may be given for family and/or medical emergencies on a case-by-case basic with proof provided.
-Registration is non-transferrable.

What’s your privacy policy?

Steadfast Training Solutions will not sell, give, trade, or in any other way, knowingly distribute any of your information, to anyone, at any time.  Our payment platform is PayPal™ which protects your information using SSL, with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). All information gathered including registration forms and test results will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with FOIP and PIPA regulations.
